Check your symptoms quickly and easily

When you want to check your health symptoms, you need fast and reliable information. Use the Discovery Health app's AI-based Check my symptoms feature to help you decide what to do next.

1. Log in to the Discovery Health app and click the Check my symptoms button at the bottom of the home page or in the Get care section of the app.

2. A list of symptoms that are linked to emergency conditions will appear. Choose if you are experiencing any of those symptoms or not.

• If you do have those symptoms, the app will give you the option to phone an emergency operator or go to the nearest hospital.

• If you don't have those sorts of symptoms, you must answer further questions about your symptoms. Based on your responses, the app will either give you one of these options:
  • Speak to a doctor now for urgent care
  • In non-urgent cases, you can use the app to book a doctor's appointment for a later stage.
